Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW)
As a firm of Chartered Accountants we are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the largest professional accountancy body in Europe, as a Member Firm.
The Institute was established in 1880 by a Royal Charter and is now one of the world’s leading financial bodies. As a member of the ICAEW we are committed to the Practice Assurance scheme which provides member firms with a framework within which they can work.

Institute of Chartered Accountants - Corporate Finance Qualification (CF)
Many firms of accountants offer corporate finance as part of their services but it’s important to you that the advice is coming from a suitably qualified person. The Institute of Chartered Accountants recognised the need of this specialised area.
The CF qualification has been designed to focus on corporate finance by leading, experienced practitioners to deliver real-world skills, in-depth knowledge and a wide network of contacts.

Financial Services Authority (FSA)
Through our wealth management arm we offer a wide selection of financial services. They are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The FSA is an independent non-governmental body that regulates organizations and individuals who work in the financial services industry.
As part of our FSA registration we have also signed up with the FSA’s, ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ initiative which is designed to ensure, through a wide range of guidance and rules, that customers get a fair deal from each and every interaction with an Independent Financial Advisor.
